Humanities is about the world around us: about how
it came to be the way it is, how we relate to the
world and how that world affects our lives.
We
aim to heighten students’ understanding and
awareness of the world in which they live, and to
inform and stimulate their development as good
citizens. We hope that we encourage their
commitment to work for a better world. In
Humanities, students learn through individual
work, group work, projects, role play, simulations
and games
We believe that,
in addition to teaching and learning activities
in school, students learn and develop through
direct experience of the world. There are a
