Intense Pulse Light
permanent hair reduction
Excess and unwanted hair is a common
problem. Women frequently experience this
condition on the face, especially the upper
lip or eyebrow area, in the bikini area,
under the arms or on the legs. Men often
wish to rid themselves of hair on their back
or chest. - they too may have unwanted hair
between their eyebrows or on other parts of
their face and body.
Excess body hair can be unsightly and
embarrassing. Shaving, plucking, waxing and
depilatory creams provide temporary fixes
that are inconvenient, irritating, messy and
only temporary. Electrolysis is time
consuming, sometimes painful, and is useful
only in removing hair from small areas.
Advanced technology lasers and light sources
are rapidly changing hair removal treatment,
providing gentle, non-invasive and
long-lasting solutions to unwanted hair.

PHOTOREJUVENATION
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Photorejuvenation
is a simple, safe, and noninvasive procedure
in which specially calibrated pulsed lights
are directed at problem areas of your skin.
The light penetrates the skin painlessly, to
stimulate collagen production and spur new
skin growth, leaving you with a younger and
more vibrant looking complexion, and
treating a variety of unsightly skin
conditions—both problems at the surface of
the skin and problems that occur deep under
the top layers of dermis. Some of the
problems that IPL photorejuvenation can
treat effectively include the following:
• Uneven skin pigmentation
• Acne scarring
• Blemishes
• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Rosacea
• Spider veins
• Sun damage, including age spots and other
discoloration
• Enlarged pores
• Crepey skin
Depending on the type and severity of your
skin problems, your IPL photofacial
treatments can be repeated as many as eight
times in three week intervals, to address
all of your needs and ensure that you get
optimal results.
With each treatment, IPL photorejuvenation
will work to slough off old and damaged skin
cells both on the surface of the skin and in
the layers of skin below. At the same time,
the process helps to encourage new cell
growth and collagen production to replace
the old damaged cells, leaving you with a
fresher, younger looking complexion,
naturally.
And the IPL photorejuvenation procedure
requires no downtime. You won't experience
the redness, peeling, and swelling you do
with so many other skin treatments. In fact,
you can go about your usual activities
immediately after your IPL photorejuvenation
procedure, and no one would be able to tell
you'd had any work done at all. The reason
for this is that IPL photorejuvenation works
beneath the surface of the skin, rather than
just at the top layers. The intense pulsed
lights are calibrated to target problem
areas beneath the skin specifically, so
healthy, normal skin cells are not affected;
and even problems deep under the skin, such
as spider veins, can be treated with IPL
completely noninvasive.
Prices start from £70 per session
consultation and patch test required.
